A modern approach to yoga, grounded in fascia science and guided by the wisdom of the body

Hi! I am Kristin, an Icelandic Yoga teacher and Fascia Fitness Trainer living in Dublin. I am delighted you are here!

I offer evidence based fascia-focused yoga and body-mind experiences that invite you to slow down and start working with your body, as oppose to working on your body, whilst reconnecting with yourself through inner listening.

Through the five elements of Fascia Focused practice, including mindful movement, stretching, breath awareness and self-massage, I guide you to find ease within your movement, listen with greater awareness and build a relationship with your body that supports you both on and off the mat.

These practices can help you:

  • release tension and move with greater ease

  • improve mobility and body awareness

  • calm your nervous system and reduce stress

  • build confidence in listening and responding to your body's needs

  • develop habits that support your wellbeing on and off the mat

Knowledge and understanding of your body, deepens the lived experience of being in one.

Modern research is helping us understand just how important Fascia is for movement, resilience, mobility and injury resistance.

At the same time, fascia-focused practices invite us to experience the body from the inside out - to slow down, notice more and move in ways that feel responsive rather than repetitive.

This combination of evidence and experience is what inspires the way I teach.
